An introduction to Ayurveda by assessing the current state of your Agni (digestive fire) and Doshas.

I’ll ask you questions based on the Ayurvedic 8-fold examination and check your pulse and tongue. At the end you will receive 2 extensive handouts containing (general) diet and lifestyle advices for your dominant Dosha and an overview on do and don’ts as per food group. Giving you insights in how you can incorporate Ayurveda into your life in an easy and playful manner and change the way you feel physically and mentally.

*NB: for those of you who are excited about balancing their life with the tools given during the session and have questions popping up after reading the handouts.. It would be my pleasure to offer an additional, informal half-hour session to answer them :).

Besides determining your state of Agni and your current dominant Dosha, we will dive in to the symptoms and complaints you are experiencing and their history, the state of your bodily tissues and tracts, your current diet and lifestyle habits and more. This will be done in the first two sessions.

Based on this information I will make a detailed and personalized treatment plan with advices on nutrition, lifestyle, supplementary treatments and herbs to address your health issues and to balance your Agni and dominant Dosha. We will discuss this plan during the third appointment.
